Every person has their own way of learning effectively. It has to do with how our brains work, which is unique and different from one another. Each of us also has the pace of our own, so don’t overthink it.

Yup, being productive is great, but maintaining the brains workload is essential. Your brain is not a machine to always work at 100%, so mind these things to help you improve your studying pattern.

  • Know when to stop. Your brains need to recharge so it isn't overused. Have some rest when you start to feel dizzy, unfocused or exhausted.

  • Do things that matter to you. The brains will produce serotonin when you're happy doing something you like, such as playing games, or having your favorite cake from your favorite shop, etc.

  • Learn something new. Sometimes it's hard to learn things when you push too hard for it. Take a step back and learn something else for a while. By doing this, you can quench your thirst of knowledge and relearn your matter for later.
